Starting a business is a commitment that requires
dedication and a ton of sacrifice. My grandma had
Parkinson’s but was the best cook and baker on this
side of the earth! I always followed her around the
kitchen. She ultimately passed the torch to me
when her health started to fail. I always knew I
wanted to start a business but didn’t know how. I
thought I was ready eight years ago, but honestly, I
had no clue what I was doing. It all started in 2014
when I decided to start making chocolate-covered
treats. I enjoyed making treats but decided to
expand my talents and start offering cheesecakes
and fruit spreads. The customization of treats was
time-consuming and not exactly what I wanted to
continue with. I stopped offering them to focus fully
on cheesecakes and grazing tables.
I am now in 2022, bigger and better, still offering
cheesecakes, fruit tables, charcuterie boards, and
grazing tables. My goal is to continue to offer
exemplary customer service and create some of the
best charcuterie boards and cheesecakes you’ve
ever had..
